Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST ship the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery
We ship everywhere in the United States via USPS. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship from
All orders ship from our facility in Arizona. We currently ship within the United States only.

Order changes and address corrections
Need to change your shipping address or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible at marc.chambers@rylaelabs.com. We can usually make changes if your order has not yet shipped.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email us at marc.chambers@rylaelabs.com with your order number and we will make it right.
